Hall Councils are the most crucial parts of RHA. They directly respond to residents and plan the activities and events that occur in the halls. Hall councils receive a budget from RHA which is funded from a fee paid by all residents. Each hall council can use their page to display whatever info they believe will help in building community, informing residents and making things fun!
