Description

The IT Committee was recently developed for several purposes. Its main focus is to work on completely rebuilding the new site including replacing the old, outdated, and unreliable old server. The server has been replaced with a much nicer one featuring dual processors and SATA drives. The website development is currently underway, but bear in mind that this is an extensive project requiring complete front-end and back-end restructuring.

Co-Chairs

  • Marc Bruce - Back End design, core PHP and MySQL scripting, database design and restructuring, accounts and permissions, server services maintenance.
  • Jonathan Lovegren - Front End web design, graphics production, page layouts, web-interfacing to create a completely dynamic website, PHP interfacing and per-page scripts, minimal MySQL work with news and images.

    • What You See

    Basically what you're looking at and using right now is a product of this crew. The site is underdeveloped and completely static right now... we are constantly working toward the fully functional version. What your eyes see is a result of Mr. Lovegren and what's doing all the thinking to make this system work is a result of Mr. Bruce.
