All Hall Council Officers and residents are invited to hang out with the RHA Executive Board on Saturday (03.09.13) from 11:30am - 2:30pm at Piedmont Park! All of those who will be attending we will be meeting in front of and leaving from the Georgia Tech Barnes & Noble at 11:00am. We will be walking to Piedmont Park, which is roughly a 20 minute walk. Attendees are to bring their own food. We will definitely be playing a game of ultimate frisbee! Feel free to bring a textbook and study if you so desire. See you there!

Committees meet weekly to discuss their projects. You can learn photoshop, plan a program with over 200 people in attendance, or help plan a trip to a national conference! Residence Hall Association EAF & Receipt Drop Off
All receipts must be turned in before December 12, 2012 at 5PM if you want to be reimbursed before Winter Break. Joey Slater, the stand-in Director of Finance will be holding office hours from 10am until 5PM that day to handle all of the receipts that are dropped off. If you don't have your receipt in by this time you will not be reimbursed until next semester.
Housing Reimbursement Schedule for Dead Week and Finals Week
Due to staff turnovers in Finance and Accounting in the Housing Office, reimbursement hours will be shortened. There will be a high volume of students trying to get reimbursed so plan for a 10-15 minute wait in case there are several people trying to get reimbursed ahead of you. The schedule for reimbursements can be found below.

- Tuesday: 9AM - 5PM
- Wednesday: 11AM - 5PM
- Thursday: 9AM - 5PM
- Friday: 9AM - 12PM

It is with great regret that we announce the resignation of Midhun Mathew the Director of Finance. His resignation went into effect Monday, November 12, 2012. The organization would like to thank him for his contributions and the time that he dedicated to help improve the lives of residents across campus. The President will be acting as the Director of Finance until someone is elected to fill the position for the remainder of the year. Emergency Elections will be held November 28, 2012 during Legislative Council.
